This is a fresh commercial that i’m sure is trying to appeal to the new age fly boys that wear skinny jeans, bright colors, and kicks they can’t afford. You know, “trendy” kids.
But it’s a cool commercial, directed by Chris Robinson in some known locations like th Alife story in NYC and Undefeated in LA.

Chris Rock Spoke to Rolling Stone magazine and had some words about Diddy and Jay Hip Hop.
Chris Rock: Music kind of sucks. Nobody’s into being a musician. Everybody’s getting their mogul on. You’ve been so infiltrated by this corporate mentality that all the time you’d spend getting great songs together, you’re busy doing nine other things that have nothing to do with art. You know how shitty Stevie Wonder’s songs would have been if he had to run a fuckin’ clothing company and a cologne line?

“American Gangster” Movie Built on Lies?

The real Frank Lucas
More and more stories and editorials are poppin up about Frank Lucas’ story as told in American Gangster as being fake. They sat Frank wasn’t quiet and humble the way he was in the movie, and in real life he was just a goon that was “illiterate” and even put a hit out on his own brother. Also, his mentor’s (Bumpy Johnson) 93 year-old wife came out and confirmed this. Frank Lucas, Jr. said the movie is 60-70 percent accurate. He also had a lot to say about a few things surrounding the move.
My question is, ‘do we take it for just a good movie or investigate the truth in it?’
