Next Week’s Music Sales Outlook

Posted by Des on December 20, 2007

Lupe Fiasco

Josh Groban’s “Noel” is beasting and is slated to move another 700k. Mary J. Blige should do 600k, giving her the number 2 spot with Alicia Keys behind her. Mary was leaked like two weeks ago so that’s great. Jaheim, whom I didn’t even know dropped, is expected to move 180k which is ridiculously good. And with moderate disappointment, Lupe’s “The Cool” is on the road to 160k. He delivered a good album and I was hoping he’d do more than 180, but there are more to selling an album than it’s quality. I’m just mad that Eddie-Winslow-looking Jaheim is set to move more than the Fiasco.
