UPDATED: DTP to Leave Def Jam?

That’s what it’s looking like. These are all rumors and hearsay but LA Reid and the other big-wigs at Def Jam brought in all of DTP’s R&B artists to perform for evaluation and they were less than impressed. Reid told Luda they can all “hit the road” and hit the road is what they did. Bobby Valentino, Shareefa and new-comer Steph Jones were all dropped. Bobby V is supposedly dropping a yet-to-be-titled album on iTunes next month, but the rest of them are free agents. Due to all of this ‘drama,’ word is that DTP wants out.
UPDATE: Seems like they are not! Luda just signed a long-term deal with Def Jam.
