Random: G-Unit with Soulja Boy

“Why is Des posting this?” you may ask. Well, this has a caption that reads, “Is Soulja Boy signing to G-Unit?” Now, this reminded me of a rumor my lady told me about. She said, “Babe, what’s good with Jay-Z signing to G-Unit?” I said, “What? Get out of here. That’s never going to happen.” Then she said, “Well that’s word on the streets. Everybody’s talking about it.” So then I thought, “How did I not hear about this?” So checking various sources with no mention of a Jay-Z/G-Unit signing led me to desperation. I Googled it and all fingers pointed to MediaTakeOut.com. For celebrity pics and other related topics, their great. I just can’t take statements from undisclosed sources and put them on221 as fact. So shouts to MediaTakeOut for the heads up on the idea that Jay and the Unit might be doing business, but until that facts are out, the rumor of Jay on the Unit is just that.
Also, I love Yayo’s talk with Soulja Boy. It had a fatherly tone to it, didn’t it?

This is the leaked OFFICIAL copy of Lil Wayne & Static Major’s first single off “The Carter 3,” “Lollipop.” The song will have to grow on me but the video did help make me like it a little more.
