40 Glocc, Spider Loc, and Village Boo,along with a slew of other Crips, allegedly stopped Lil Wayne’s convoy and started a ruckus. As the story goes, Lil Wayne called the police. I haven’t watched all of it but is that Lil Wayne at 1:25 in?
