Paparazzi beware. For the second time in months, Kanye West has been arrested for similar crimes against the same group of people. West has taken his Pap smack down international with his recent arrest for assaulting a camera man. Was it really assault? Kanye breaks it down.

HERE’S WHAT HAPPENED…WHEN I LEFT THE CLUB, I WAS ENCOUNTERED BY A THIRSTY PAPARAZZI AS USUAL. HE FELT HE HAD MORE RIGHTS TO MY SPACE THAN ME, SO I PUT MY HAND UP TO PREVENT HIM FROM TAKING MY IMAGE. I DIDN’T ASSAULT HIM BUT MERELY PUTTING MY HAND UP TO COVER HIS LENS. MY SECURITY YELLED, “GET THE CAMERA OFF HIM.” I GUESS IN ALL THE COMMOTION THE CAMERA SCRAPED HIS NOSE.
Normally I try not to delve into the gossipy stuff but the ‘net has been buzzing ever since Wayne announced the arrival of a baby boy. The only reason that this actually struck me is because a friend of mine told me about this chick a few months ago.

After this mornings fire at 50 Cent’s home in Dix Hills, NY, his baby-mother Shaniqua Tompkins is throwing out all kinds of allegations towards ex-boo, 50 Cent.
Tompkins now alleges that someone broke into the house shortly before it caught fire –and that someone is 50. “If he can’t have me he feels that no one can!” she yelled at a flurry of news cameras and reporters. “He’s very obsessed,” she continued. (click for video)
It was a sad vision of ‘hood’ as she loudly claims that 50 threatened to kill her. “He said he was gonna have someone come kill me and watch what he does. And this is what he does,” Tompkins alleged. “I’m very upset!” Then a friend escorted her away from the media storm, almost getting hit by a car in their escape.
To make matters worse, the ex-lovers were seen arguing in Manhattan on Monday and it was all captured on video (view video).
The idea that 50 Cent would burn down a house that his child was in is monstrous — but would he? 50’s camp is already shooting down any possibility of his involvement.
“Any suggestion that Mr. Jackson had anything whatsoever to do with the fire at his home is outrageous and offensive,” said 50’s lawyer, Brett Kimmel.
Either way this situation is going to get ugly, fast.
According to TMZ Marrion “Suge” Knight was at club Shag last night where he was allegedly knocked out while arguing with another individual.
Knight was heard yelling, “I want my money” at this man, then summoning the goons to handle business. Before the goons made first strike, the man did, landing a right hook on Suge, leaving him laying on the floor for nearly three minutes.
Without Suge, the goons still made a rag doll out of the man but let this be an important lesson. Anybody can be touched.
Suge was taken to the hospital and refused to file a report with the LAPD.
Foxy Brown was released from Riker’s Island today and you would have thought a Kennedy was around with all of the publicity. There were no fireworks like Miss Info inferred, but, close enough. Now she’s off to do things that’ll probably get herself back in C Block. Just kidding! But she is due in court to face charges for Naomi Campbelling beating her young neighbor with a cell phone. Fox is due to drop an album in the summer and start a reality show on VH1. Sounds like an ex-con to me.
Frank Lucas Jr., familiarized by Denzel Washington’s portrayal of his drug lord father in the movie “American Gangster,” is preparing to sue the city of New York for $25 million.
Lucas, 38, alleges that the NYPD used excessive force and harassed him during an arrest on Staten Island on March 28. “I have no desire to be American Gangster Jr.,” Lucas said, after being charged with petty marijuana possession in the fifth-degree.
Salvatore Strazzullo, Lucas’ attorney, said that racial profiling was used in the arrest since Lucas was in a car driven by his white manager, Gene Ragusa. Officers say they found a bag with marijuana residue in the vehicle.
According to Lucas, once the plainclothes officers saw his name, they insulted him and said, ” You’re Lucas’ son and a rapper? You got two strikes against you.”
After two nights in jail, the Ragusa and Lucas plead guilty at their arraignment. The charges will be dropped if the pair can stay out of trouble for one year.
“As far as I’m concerned, I’m definitely not proud of a lot of things [my father] did to rise out of his circumstances,” Lucas said. “I felt like…[my father's name] as the ‘King of Smack’ had played a part in bringing this on me.”

The whole group was there and seemed all good, but when Woody’s turn to speak came around, the shit hit the fan. He announced that he was following “God’s calling” and he can’t be with the group anymore. Sisqo got up, which ain’t much different from when he’s sitting, and said, “Live on the radio? You could have told us this yesterday!” Then a geriatric-looking fight that wouldn’t even be worth showing on Jerry Springer breaks out with Woody catching the beats. Then Sisqo hops in a Range Rover and speeds off, as someone yells, “You ain’t even supposed to be driving!”

On Thursday February 28, 2008 Rapper 50 Cent was hosting New York City Radio and had Invited several rappers to join him on the show including Max B, Papoose and Remy Ma. While 50 Cent was interviewing Max B, Papoose walked into the studio. When Max B went to say “what’s up” to him and give him a pound, that’s when Papoose told him, “put your hand away. What’s up with that slick shit you was saying about Kay Slay on the internet?” Before Max B could reply, Papoose went to approach him, but fortunately 50 Cent was able to get in the middle of the two rappers and separate them. On Friday Feb 29 in North Corolina Papoose, Cassidy, Fat Joe, Gucci Mane, Yo Gotti,and Fabolous were booked to perform at The Criquet Arena. Before the show could go on, the Main Event happened earlier at The Holiday Inn Hotel in North Carolina, where the rappers had been staying at. Sources from Cassidy’s crew tell us that Cassidy had asked Papoose to come to his room so they could talk. Papoose eventually came to his room and while the two rappers were talking, all of the sudden Fat Joe and 9 Members of his Entourage storm right into Cassidy’s room. Fat Joe suddenly starts yelling at Papoose, “You Got A Problem With Me?” and Papoose replied, “No, do you have a problem?” When Fat Joe responds ” yeah, I got a problem with you,” thats when Papoose swung at Fat Joe, punching him in the face twice. Before you knew it all hell broke loose. Sources tell us that Fat Joe and his crew rushed the rapper and Hotel security had to seperate the fight before Law Enforcement could get to the Hotel. That’s what it’s looking like. These are all rumors and hearsay but LA Reid and the other big-wigs at Def Jam brought in all of DTP’s R&B artists to perform for evaluation and they were less than impressed. Reid told Luda they can all “hit the road” and hit the road is what they did. Bobby Valentino, Shareefa and new-comer Steph Jones were all dropped. Bobby V is supposedly dropping a yet-to-be-titled album on iTunes next month, but the rest of them are free agents. Due to all of this ‘drama,’ word is that DTP wants out.
UPDATE: Seems like they are not! Luda just signed a long-term deal with Def Jam.
