50 Cent, as always, is vocal about his competition in music and television. Again, he shows discontent for Kanye West’s “808s and Heartbreak,” and finds a new foe in Donald Trump. MTV caught up with Curtis backstage at the TRL finale show and offered his opinion and some advice for the billionaire real estate mogul.
“Donald Trump talking about my show and how it’s a knockoff of ‘The Apprentice’? He’s crazy!” 50 said. “That’s what happens when you get older — you start to view things differently…First, let me point out [my show] got the highest ratings…In this economy, he may want to go sing ‘In Da Club’ instead of selling real estate!”
Haaaaa! Donald Trump is hilarious. He was asked a number of questions by Dominic Carter and Trump — being Trump and able to buy life– was brutally honest.
He actually goes in on America’s lame duck president, George Bush, before predicting 50 Cent’s “Apprentice” rip-off, “The Power and the Money,” would be a failure because he’s not Donald Trump. I must say that I kind of agree with the Donald.
Here’s the first episode of 50’s new show on MTV. Durags, though? For real? How fast will it get cancel? Just kidding. The episode gets better as it goes on. I’ve gotta say that the elimination process is a must-see.
Here’s the video for 50’s first single off “Before I Self-Destruct.” It’s not performing so well on the charts. It was number 44 last week. Maybe the video will help?
50 made an appearance on Conan last night to speak about his role in “Righteous Kill” and delivered one of his most entertaining interviews in recent history. They also speak about his mansion, 50 vs Kanye, and 50’s health regiment. You already know Conan is bananas, so it was very entertaining to watch at 1 a.m.
